Return, Exchange, & Refund Policy – Blacksphere Fashions LLP

At Blacksphere Fashions LLP, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, our hassle-free return and exchange process has you covered.

 

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

·     You can request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.

·     Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with all original tags and packaging.

·     For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns/exchanges for:

·     Innerwear & lingerie

·     Socks & hosiery

·     Accessories like earrings

·     Items marked as Final Sale or purchased during clearance/flash sales

·     Customized, personalized, or embroidered items are non-returnable.

 

2. How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

·     All return or exchange requests must be raised through our email at support@blacksphere.in.

·     Once approved, we’ll arrange a free pickup through our delivery partner. Customers are not responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Once a return is approved the product will be picked up within 5-7 working days.
  • For exchange or replacement the product will be picked and a new product will be delivered at the same time within 7-10 working days

 

3. Quality Check

·     All returned items go through a quality inspection at our warehouse.

·     Returns may be rejected if items show signs of:

·     Wear or use

·     Stains, odours, or damage

·     Missing tags or packaging

 

4. Refunds

·     If approved, refunds will be credited within 7–10 working days to your original payment method.

·     For Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.

·     Store credits, if issued, will be valid for 6 months from the date of issuance.

 

5. Exchanges

·     Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

·     If the requested item/size is unavailable, we will process a refund or store credit as per your preference.

 

6. Damaged or Defective Items

·     If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please raise a request within 48 hours of delivery.

·     We may ask for photographs or videos of the product for verification before arranging a pickup.

 

7. Non-Delivery & Refused Shipments

·     If you refuse to accept an order upon delivery without a valid reason, future COD orders may be restricted.
